Final Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
✅ Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
✅ Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
✅ Complete Packaging: All hardware, manuals, cables, plastic bags, and accessories must be included.
🚫 Used or partially installed items are non-returnable.
Restocking Fees & Refund Deductions

A minimum restocking fee of $5 or 15% (whichever is greater) will apply to all returns. This fee covers the cost of inspection, testing, and processing.

Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping & Packaging

Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

DO NOT write or place shipping labels on the original product box. Instead, use a separate shipping box and attach the return label to it.

Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
Modifying an Order
Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately processed by our shipping team—even after hours and on weekends—making modifications very difficult.
If you need to update your order, you may attempt to do so by contacting us as soon as possible via our contact page. However, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made once the order is in progress.
Canceling an Order
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.

Cancellation Fees
